The Dispute Resolution Center of West Michigan is a not-for-profit agency, partly funded by the Michigan State Court Administrative Office (SCAO). We are one of 21 State Court Administrative Office funded centers in Michigan that offers mediation, conciliation, and facilitation services as an alternative to court.

Our center, based in Grand Rapids, serves the counties of Isabella, Kent, Newaygo, Mescota, Montcalm, Osceola, and Lake.

We serve individuals and businesses, resolving matters such as consumer/merchant disputes, breach of contract cases, neighborhood disagreements, property owner/resident problems, employer/employee issues, home buyer/seller disputes, and some types of family matters, just to name a few.
